Disclosed is a horizontal rotary roasting device. Objects to be roasted such as beef, pork, chicken, fish, and shells are fixed on a part or the whole of a ring-shaped rotating means. By means of the rotation of the horizontally-installed rotating means, the objects to be roasted pass through a heating section in which a plurality of heating means are arranged widthwise in two lines in order to be paired at regular intervals. Accordingly, the objects to be roasted are not continuously exposed to strong heat and are heated at different points of time when passing through the left and right heating means of each pair of heating means, so that the objects to be roasted do not smolder or burn and heat is evenly transferred into the objects to be roasted. Consequently, roasted products having excellent tastes and flavors can be mass produced. |
