Disclosed is a PMCH transmission method and a device. The method comprises: a network device sending a PMCH subframe configuration signalling to a terminal with the configuration signalling indicating a PMCH transmission subframe, wherein the PMCH transmission subframe comprises a first time slot and a second time slot, with the first time slot being used for transmitting a PMCH and the second time slot being used for transmitting a unicast channel and/or a signal; the network device mapping the PMCH onto the first time slot for transmission in the PMCH transmission subframe; and after receiving the PMCH subframe configuration signalling sent by the network device, a terminal device receiving the PMCH mapped onto the first time slot in the PMCH transmission subframe.
