The system has an illuminating device (3) with LEDs (30) placed side by side. Angular positions of axes of the LEDs are defined such that the LEDS assure a net illuminating zone for a to-be-illuminated surface. An aerogenerator has a support (2) for supporting the device. A brushless alternator type electric generator has a stator carried by the support, and a rotor driven by another support. A conversion unit is placed at an output of the generator to convert energy from the generator into continuous current. A battery e.g. 12 volt/100 Amperes battery, is placed at an output of the unit. |
