<p>The apparatus (10) has a heating element (12) that is heated by radiation, where the heating element is positioned in a front part (11) of the apparatus. Another heating element (15) is heated by convection and is positioned in the back of the apparatus. The convection heating element includes a heating body. A connection element comprises a spring that is approximately arranged on a plane of a radiator and fixed to the radiator.
