The invention relates to a pre-stressed molded wall located in a ground (10) and including: a concrete panel (52); at least one anchoring tube that is open on the top end (38) thereof, closed on the bottom end (36) thereof, and at least partially embedded in the concrete panel; at least one cable (60) extending into the anchoring tube (30), a bottom portion of the cable (60) being attached to said tube (30); and a system for anchoring the cable (90), configured such as to maintain the tension of the cable (60) and secure the top portion (68) thereof to the top portion of the concrete panel (52). The invention also relates to a method for producting a pre-stressed molded wall.
