The present invention provides an image processing method for image reconstitution using depth information and an image processing device using the same, capable of displaying a reconstituted image without the distorted part of a general image by newly reconstituting the photographed image for a subject using the depth information about the corresponding subject. For this, the image processing method for image reconstitution using the depth information according to an embodiment of the present invention includes the steps of: obtaining a depth image and the general image about the subject by an image obtaining unit; projecting the obtained depth image on a 2D plane; and reconstituting the image by applying a pixel value of each pixel on the obtained general image to a pixel corresponding to the projected image. |
