Provided is a curable epoxy resin composition for impregnation use, which enables the provision of good appearance of a cut surface of a wound iron core and is suitable for cut core impregnation purposes. A one-part curable epoxy resin composition for impregnation use, which comprises (A) 100 parts by mass of a bisphenol-type epoxy resin, (B) 0.1 to 25 parts by mass of a trihalogenated boron complex and (C) 10 to 140 parts by mass of a monofunctional glycidyl compound and/or a bifunctional glycidyl compound (wherein the component (A) is excluded from the component (C)), said composition being characterized in that the viscosity of the composition is 150 mPa·s or less at 25˚C and a cured product of the composition can have a tensile shear adhesion strength (JIS K6850) of 10 MPa or more. |
