The purpose of the present invention is to provide a production method for a vinyl ether polymer in which radical polymerization is used. Provided is a production method for a vinyl ether polymer that comprises a step in which a vinyl ether polymer is generated by radical polymerization of a vinyl ether monomer in a mixed solvent. The mixed solvent has a mass ratio of 93:7 to 75:25 of isopropyl alcohol and dimethylformamide, or a mass ratio of 50:50 to 5:95 of isopropyl alcohol and water. The mass ratio of the vinyl ether monomer and the mixed solvent is 3:100 to 45:100. |
