<p>The present disclosure provides a femoral component (31) having an anterior flange (36) and a condyle (40, 42) opposite the anterior flange. The condyle can be augmented by a femoral posterior augment (70). The femoral posterior augment is securable to the condyle by a fastener (90, 140) which is actuated to a securement position by a rotatable driver (100) which does not contact the anterior flange through rotation of the driver sufficient to actuate the fastener to secure the femoral augment to the condyle.</p> |
