PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide rice milling equipment which allows a user to preferably clean a guest room and a machine room and which suppresses equipment cost.SOLUTION: The rice milling equipment is configured so that rice to be processed is put into a put-in part 8 and the rice to be processed is transported to a rice milling machine 11 through a rice to be processed transportation passage for rice milling. The rice milling equipment further comprises a dust collection device 40 which comprises: a suction hose 42 for passage connected to a foreign matter removal part 30 as the rice to be processed transportation passage so that inside of the hose communicates to the foreign matter removal part 30; a cleaning hose 43 for cleaning the rice milling equipment; suction means 41 for sucking air; and a switch connection part 44b for connecting the suction hose 42 for passage or the cleaning hose 43 to the suction means 41 by switching connection to the suction means 41. |
