PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a document authority management system, terminal equipment, a document authority management method and a program capable of achieving the application of the latest right policy information and the prevention of secret leakage in the case of using a protection document under an off-line environment.SOLUTION: A document authority management system 100 includes: a management server 30 for issuing the path information of document use on the basis of an authority policy; a terminal equipment 10 for performing document protection on the basis of the authority policy, and for, when the document use is requested, requesting the issue of the path information to the management server 30; and a communication terminal 50 capable of wirelessly communicating with the management server. When the document use is requested in an off-line state, the terminal equipment 10 creates information for authentication for requesting the issue of the path information in a format receivable by the communication terminal 50. The communication terminal 50 receives the information for authentication, and transmits it to the management server 30, and when the path information is transmitted, sets the path information to a format receivable by the terminal equipment 10. |
