The present invention relates to a turbine blade having an inner fluid passage in which cooling fluid can flow, a front blade unit, and a rear blade unit. The inner fluid passage comprises a front fluid passage which induces the flow of cooling fluid toward the front blade unit; a rear passage which induces the flow of the cooling fluid toward the rear blade unit; and a front and rear connecting passage which connects the front passage and the rear passage to discharge the cooling fluid through the rear passage which is delivered through the front passage. Accordingly, the cooling effect is enhanced because cooling of a film, clash, and flow are enhanced by improving the structure of the inner passage in which the cooling fluid flows.
