Abstract A portable apparatus for producing stabilized magnesium hydroxide liquid (SMHL) includes: a support assembly, for example a skid, frame, chassis baseplate, shipping container or the like; a mixing chamber mounted to the support assembly for mixing components of the SMHL; a storage receptacle arranged to receive mixed SMHL from the mixing chamber; and an electronic controller in communication with a number of actuators and sensors for operating components of the apparatus, including the mixing chamber for preparation of the SMHL. a.
