A fast fix hinge for a toilet seat Abstract A fast fix toilet seat hinge including a supporting base (1) including a rod (11) with a groove (12) located at a head end of the rod (11). The hinge including a spring (3), a spindle (2) having first and second spindle slots (21, 22) formed in the spindle (2) for receiving the spring (3) and the rod (11), and a cover (4). Wherein the spring (3) is located in the first spindle slot (22) and the centre of the spring is generally the same size as the second spindle slot (21) for supporting the rod (11) in the spindle (2). Further wherein the cover (4) is adapted to prevent the spring (3) from coming out of the spindle (2). Further wherein, when the rod (11) is located in the second spindle slot (21), the spring (3) is expanded by the rod (11), and then locks the rod (11) when the spring (3) is located in the groove (12). -12 Picture 1 |
