<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical coupling device which easily keeps a good balance of an operating current.SOLUTION: The optical coupling device includes a light-emitting element (20), first to third photodiode arrays (30, 32, 34), an enhancement type MOSFET (M1), a depression type first MOSFET (M2), and a depression type second MOSFET (M3). The first to third photodiode arrays generate first to third photoelectromotive forces. The first photoelectromotive force is supplied to a gate of the enhancement type MOSFET, the second photoelectromotive force is supplied to a gate of the depression type first MOSFET, and the third photoelectromotive force is supplied to a gate of the depression type second MOSFET. When an optical signal is turned on, the enhancement type MOSFET supplies a drain current to an external load. When the optical signal is turned off, the depression type first MOSFET supplies a drain current larger than the drain current at a gate voltage of zero to the external load.</p> |
