<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bill identification device capable of resolving a problem of a feed claw being wrested.SOLUTION: In a bill identification device 10 including: a feed belt 12 hung between pulleys 15 and 16; an identification unit 23 for identifying a bill; a reverse guide 25 for guiding the bill fed by an inner guide surface to reverse, disposed to cover an outside of a depth side pulley 16 of the pulleys positioned at an opposite side to an insertion port of the bill; and a stocker unit 30, a feed member 26 is provided. The feed member 26 is fixed to a rotary shaft 19 of the depth side pulley 16 coaxially with the depth side pulley 16 and has a plurality of first through-holes 27 formed at a predetermined interval in a circumferential direction at a peripheral edge part for feeding the bill by pinching the bill between the reverse guide 25 and the feed member 26 with elastic force caused by formation of the first through-holes 27.</p> |
