An axially oriented coil unit is energized, influencing the magnetic connection between the first pole core and the first armature arrangement, and a second armature arrangement is connected to a second actuating element and axially displaced between a rest and actuating position. A second pole core can be brought into magnetic operative connection with second armature arrangement, its pole core oriented axially to first pole core influencing its magnetic operative connection with second armature arrangement. A permanent magnet unit, the magnet axis is oriented radially and stationary, generates a magnetic operative connection both between the first pole core and first armature arrangement and between the second pole core and second armature arrangement.
