PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fastener for restricting general consumers from easy removing an LED lamp, and provide a lighting apparatus having this fastener.SOLUTION: This invention relates to a fastener in which it has a base part receiving portion contacted with a base part of a straight pipe type LED lamp under a state in which it is protruded out of an opening of a socket main body, the base part is fixed to a lighting apparatus having a socket supporting the LED lamp with a biasing force of biasing means fixed in the socket main body so as to restrict fixing or removal of the LED lamp. The fastener comprises: a first restricting part arranged to cover one part of an outer peripheral surface of the base part receiving portion so as to restrict motion of the LED lamp toward the socket; a second restricting part arranged to cover the other part of the outer peripheral surface of the base part receiving portion so as to restrict motion of the LED lamp toward the socket; a connecting part for integrally connecting the first restricting part with the second restricting part in such a way that they can be opened or closed; and fixing means for fixing the first restricting part and the second restricting part.
