<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a switchgear usable as a management opening-closing device in ordinary time, while having a mechanical opening-closing body stopping device.SOLUTION: A shutter device comprises a mechanical shutter curtain stopping device for mechanically stopping this closing movement, when abutting on an obstacle in the middle of the closing movement of a curtain 1 being an opening-closing body in an emergency, and comprises a winding shaft 11, a microswitch being electric obstacle detection means for electrically detecting an obstacle arranged in a unit structure 45, an automatic closing device 32 being a mechanical control device for mechanically controlling an opening-closing machine 13 being a driving device and a wire 36 being a tensioning force acting member for making tensioning force act based on abutment on the obstacle, and the curtain 1, the wire 36, the microswitch and the automatic closing device 32 are arranged in the thickness direction of the curtain 1 by this order, and the microswitch is arranged on the lower side than the winding shaft 11.</p> |
