<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a delivery reception supporting system that reduces time and effort in handwritten invoicing of delivery articles and reduces time and effort in delivery article reception work of baggage handling store staffs.SOLUTION: A delivery reception supporting system of an embodiment includes: a customer terminal for transmitting delivery applicant information, delivery destination information and delivery article information on a delivery article; a server having a delivery article information management unit for storing delivery applicant information, delivery destination information and delivery article information on the delivery article transmitted from the customer terminal, a customer information management unit for managing the information on the delivery applicant, a delivery amount calculation unit for calculating the delivery amount of the delivery article from data in the delivery article management unit, a slip number numbering unit for numbering a delivery slip number of the delivery article with the amount of money calculated in the delivery amount calculation unit, a slip number management unit for managing the delivery slip number numbered in the slip number numbering unit, and a slip number transmitting unit for transmitting the delivery slip number that is numbered in the slip number numbering unit to the customer terminal; and a delivery article reception terminal for extracting the delivery article information on the delivery slip number transmitted to the customer terminal from the slip number management unit.</p> |
