1. A method of a User Equipment (UE) for communicating in a wireless communication system comprising a first network and a second network, the method comprising:
transmitting first capability information for the UE to a first network node, the first capability information indicating that a communication via at least one of the first network or second network is available; receiving a first control message to activate the second network; monitoring first control information for the first network via a first band corresponding to the first network; and monitoring second control information for the second network via a second band corresponding to the second network.
