<p>The present invention relates to a rear package tray structure for a vehicle which is mounted on a body panel vertically set upwards from both sides of a floor panel and is positioned between a passenger compartment of the vehicle and a trunk room. The present invention includes: a side member which is mounted on the body panel, in which a front side member positioned on a relatively forward side and a rear side member positioned on a relatively rearward side are coupled to each other; an upper member which is arranged on an upper side of the side member in a transverse direction of a vehicle body; and a support member with one side connected to the upper member and the other side connected to the side member, which is connected with an inclination formed for the separation between side member and upper member connection parts, wherein a reinforcing flange transversely protrudes along one side corner in the support member. The present invention includes the support member with the protruding reinforcing flange so that rigidity can be increased even without increasing the sizes of the side member and the upper member, and thus the present invention is advantageous in ensuring spaces in the passenger compartment and the trunk room. Accordingly, freedom of design of the vehicle body is increased. The reinforcing flange is bonded to ends of the front side member and the rear side member, and extends to a lower portion of the side member, and thus the rigidity can be improved efficiently.</p> |
