PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a holding member for holding a long member having flexibility connected to a liquid discharge head or the long member held by the holding member from getting stuck with an edge of a structural member such as a frame to which a control substrate is attached.SOLUTION: A tube holding portion 24 of a holding wire 6 that holds a tube moves in a moving region S. On the holding wire 6 is arranged a frame 7 for a substrate, made of a metallic material. The moving region S extends across an edge 7c on the upstream in a carrying direction of the frame 7 for a substrate in a planar view. To a lower surface of the frame 7 for a substrate is attached a cover plate 10 made of a synthetic resin material. A portion positioned at one range including a moving region R2 of the tube holding portion 24 in a scanning direction, of an end portion in the upstream in the carrying direction of the cover plate 10, is an expanding portion 31 that expands further toward the upstream in the carrying direction than a portion positioned at the other range. |
