The present invention is to provide an LED light source module capable of providing direct illumination and indirect illumination by changing a stretchable and flexible LED light source module and the position of a light source using the same, and a multifunctional lighting device using the same. Therefore, the present invention is the LED light source module comprising: multiple light source portions in which a plurality of LED chips for emitting light are mounted; and a stretching portion to be changed in accordance with the position of the light source portions by compressing or extending if the light source portions are moved by connecting a space of the light source portions. The present invention can change the position of the light source using the stretchable and flexible LED light source module, radiate the light in different directions, and provide a variety of lighting environments such as direct illumination and indirect illumination by changing the position of the light source.
