PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat value measuring container measuring an accurate heat value in measuring the heat value. SOLUTION: The heat value measuring container 1 is constituted such that heat flux sensors 2 are arranged to the whole of the hexahedral inner wall surfaces of the heat value measuring container 1 as heat flux meters. Heater panels 3 are arranged to the external surface peripheries of the heat flux sensors 2 as heat value regulation members.
