The unit has a base body (18) fixed at a board e.g. snow board, and a main body (22) mounted at the base body between a normal position and a lateral triggering position. A control body and a wedge element pre-stress one of front ends (26a, 26b) of dowels (24a, 24b) at a normal position. A pin pre-stresses the main body at the normal position. Elastic elements (44a, 44b) provide clamping forces for the control body, wedge element and the pin. The lugs are engaged in recesses of a heel section of a ski shoe to fix the shoe at the heel unit. |
