PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform remote control of an electrical device without damaging convenience while ensuring integrity.SOLUTION: A system controller 2 performs data communication with a terminal device 3 and performs data communication with an electrical device 5 installed in a dwelling 8 through a home network 4. The terminal device 3, when receiving an instruction of a remote control to the electrical device 5 from a user, transmits the data indicating a request of the remote control to the system controller 2. The system controller 2, when receiving the data indicating the request of the remote control of the electrical device 5 from the terminal device 3, determines whether an operation state of the electrical device 5 is abnormal or not. If the operation state of the electrical device 5 is abnormal, the system controller 2 does not receive the request of the remote control. |
