Oil-in-water emulsion comprises (a) at least 40 wt.% water, (b) at least 0.5 wt.% at least one primary linear saturated 14-30C fatty alcohol, (c) at least one multilayer pigment capsule comprising (ci) a particle core, (ci) a first shell comprising at least 50 wt.% colored pigments surrounding the particle core, (cii) second shell comprising at least 50 wt.% titanium dioxide surrounding the first shell, (ciii) a third shell made of a water-insoluble, thermoplastic polymer surrounding the second shell. The emulsion comprises lamellar liquid-crystalline structures. |
