FIELD: machine building.SUBSTANCE: device comprises a multi-section drum coupled with the drive and loading and unloading fixtures and installed resiliently on the bench. The barrel is made as a kinked tunnel of the helical form with a triangular flow section. Each section of the drum is mounted from rectangle and two identical side trapezoids, the lower bases of which are equal to two lateral sides of the rectangle, the upper bases are equal each other, and their lateral sides are equal to two other sides of the rectangle, with formation along ends of the sections of equilateral triangles, equi-inclinated towards different sides to the section axis. Each consequent section is turned with reference to the previous section to an angle corresponding to turn of the section to one side of the triangle, with ensuring of inclination of section axes to each other from the condition of their intersection.EFFECT: higher intensity of detail processing.9 dwg |
