FIELD: machine building.SUBSTANCE: gear wheel consists of body and gear rim with teeth. Each tooth is made as a half of the rated tooth for the given wheel for its operation in a reversing service. The lateral working surface of each tooth is identical to a lateral working surface of the rated tooth, the lateral non-working surface of each tooth is made as a plain passing along the centreline of the rated tooth - from its top down to a base. On teeth ends and wheel body the end ring-type straps are rigidly fixed.EFFECT: design of toothed gear wheels of non-reversive transmissions is optimised, the material consumption for their manufacture is decreased.1 dwg |
