PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a non-aqueous electrolyte battery which suppresses expansion during manufacture of the non-aqueous electrolyte battery and has excellent charge/discharge cycle performance.SOLUTION: A non-aqueous electrolyte is used to which boric acid and carbodiimide are added. According to such a configuration, expansion of a battery during manufacture of a non-aqueous electrolyte battery can be suppressed. Moreover, the non-aqueous electrolyte battery having excellent charge/discharge cycle performance can be provided. Since boric acid is an extremely inexpensive material, the non-aqueous electrolyte battery not only can be inexpensively provided but also exerts an excellent effect specifically as compared with the other boric acid. |
