PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a food processed by gas, which changes the texture and taste by dissolving gas in the food and causes no damage to the food by the dissolved gas when the food is taken out from a container.SOLUTION: The manufacturing method of a food processed by gas, composed of a food 5 containing dissolved gas 6 therein accommodated in an air-tight container 4 including a container body 2 and an openable lid 3 for sealing the container body, includes the steps of: an accommodation step of accommodating the food in the container body; a gas filling step of filling the container body with dissolving gas; a sealing step of sealing the container body; and dissolving step of dissolving the dissolving gas in the food.
