PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a connector which is prevented from adverse effect of flux for soldering a terminal of a surface-mounted connector.SOLUTION: A connector comprises: a terminal including a leg having a soldered portion soldered onto a board, and a protruding portion protruding from the leg in an orthogonal direction thereto; and a housing including a holding hole provided on a wall portion so as to hold the protruding portion. The protruding portion has, in order from the leg side, a stem portion, a taper portion with tapered width, and a contact portion thinner than the stem portion. The stem portion and a part of the taper portion are pressed in the holding hole so that the holding hole holds the protruding portion. The stem portion between the leg side to be soldered and the protruding portion to be connected to terminals of other connectors is in a press-in state in the holding hole, so that flux is prevented from leaking toward the protruding portion side, on soldering, at the press-in part. As a result, the protruding portion can be connected in a good condition. |
