PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrode substrate capable of preventing a molten junction member from flowing out of a bottom face of the electrode substrate, a battery case and a battery.SOLUTION: An electrode substrate 10 comprises: an insulation substrate 15 including a notch N1 formed over a side surface and a bottom face; and an external electrode 9 disposed from the bottom face of the insulation substrate 15 to an inner surface of the notch N1. In a side view of the inner surface of the notch N1 in a side direction of the insulation substrate 15, the inner surface of the notch N1 is formed from a first cover region R11 covered by the external electrode 9 and a first exposure region R21 positioned at both sides of the first covered region R11 and exposing the insulation substrate 15. As a result, electrical short-circuiting with another electronic device can be prevented.
