PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform that two rubber made belt bodies can be molded from a single delivery port at the same time, further, thicknesses of these respective belt bodies can be regulated, and cost reduction and compactification of an extruder are achieved.SOLUTION: A delivery port 20 is formed to a rectangle shape by a pair of edge face forming wall surfaces 24 and a pair of flank forming wall surfaces 22. A die 30 that has a width spanning between the pair of edge face forming wall surfaces 24, is inserted in a center of the pair of flank forming wall surfaces 22 in an axial direction of the delivery port 20 in a move adjustable manner, and allows a rubber extruded toward the delivery port 20 to discharge from the delivery port 20 as mutually separated two belt bodies 12 is disposed. A width of the die 30 between left and right flanks 3006A, 3006B is formed by a smaller dimension when the more the die 30 reaches from the delivery port 20 to an extruder 10 side. A convex curved surface composing these left and right flanks 3006A, 3006B is formed by a smaller curvature radius R when the more the die 30 reaches from the delivery port 20 to the extruder 10 side. |
