PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify a constitution of a membrane unit and its complex; and to improve hardness of a filtration collecting member, and durability, chemical resistance and high-temperature resistance of a connection part between a filter member and the filtration collecting member.SOLUTION: A membrane unit 1 includes in parallel a plurality of membrane modules 4 including a filter member 2 and a filtration collecting member 3 for discharging a filtered fluid introduced from the filter member 2 from upper and lower ends. Both groups of the filtration collecting members 3 on both ends of the membrane unit 1, including a connection part between each filtration collecting member 3 and the filter member 2, is covered with a molding part 51 of a covering material 5 comprising a self-hardening inorganic material. Further, a complex of membrane units 1 is formed by laminating the membrane units 1. |
