PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bench cutter which is difficult to become an obstacle for cutting while securing a sufficient slide amount, and also can be easily installed without decreasing a slide amount even when installed by a wall.SOLUTION: A bench cutter 1 comprises: a base 2 for mounting a workpiece thereon; a cutter body 6 provided with a cutting blade 4 for cutting the workpiece; and a multi-stage slide mechanism 8 interposed between the base 2 and the cutter body 6. The multi-stage slide mechanism 8 includes: first slide bars 60 and an arm 52 connected with the base 2 in a state unable to slide in a longitudinal direction; first slide supports 64 guided by the first slide bars 60, 60 in a state slidable in the longitudinal direction; second slide bars 70 supported by the first slide supports 64; and second slide supports 74 guided by the second slide bars 70, 70 in a state slidable in the longitudinal direction in the portion frontward of a rearmost part (first slide bar stoppers 62) of the bench cutter 1. |
