PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processing system capable of forming a group with a simple operation when forming a group of information processing devices performing radio communication, an information processing program, an information processing method and an information processing device.SOLUTION: A first information processing device transmits prescribed data to unspecified or a plurality of other information processing devices. A second information processing device detects an action applied to the own device and executes response processing to the prescribed data received from the first information processing device by detecting the application of a prescribed action. Then, prescribed processing such as establishment processing of radio connection between the first information processing device and the second information processing device is executed.
