PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical scanner capable of increasing the degree of freedom of setting of the direction of the optical axis of a light source and the direction of an irradiation region while preventing the light quantity decline of a scanning light beam with respect to the emission light beam from the light source.SOLUTION: An optical scanner 1 includes a light deflector 2 having a micro-mirror 12 to which a light beam La from a laser light source 22 is made incident and actuators 16 and 17 for swinging the micro-mirror 12 around a predetermined axial line. The light deflector 2 is configured to emit a reflected light beam from the micro-mirror 12 with respect to the incident light beam La from the light source 22 in a direction different from the direction of the light source 22 as a scanning light beam Lb in a scanning direction corresponding to the swinging direction of the micro-mirror 12. A light reflector 5 disposed on the route of the scanning light beam from the light deflector 2 is configured to emit the scanning light beam Lb from the light deflector 2 in a direction different from the direction of the light deflector 2. |
