<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a design drawing processor capable of detecting a description error in the design drawing of a building, and to provide a computer program. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The design drawing processor processes the design drawing comprising electronic data provided with a drawing area wherein dimension value information relating to the dimension value of the same component of the building is described in a plurality of different forms and a legend area including description rule information indicating a description rule in the drawing area of the dimension value information. The plurality of description rules relating to each of the plurality of different forms are recognized on the basis of the description rule information included in the legend area (S6), a plurality of pieces of the dimension value information are acquired on the basis of each of the plurality of recognized description rules, and whether or not there is discrepancy in the design drawing is determined depending on whether or not the dimension value relating to the plurality of pieces of dimension value information matches (S9).
