PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antenna for a circular polarized wave which is small, has wide directivity, enables impedance matching at the antenna side, and to provide a communication device using the antenna and an electronic apparatus.SOLUTION: An antenna 4 includes: a dielectric substrate 11; a first electrode 22; and a second electrode 32. The dielectric substrate 11 includes a first surface 11C and a third surface 11D which face each other and a second surface 11A and a fourth surface 11B which face each other. A first electrode 22 is formed so as to continue into the first surface 11C and the second surface 11A. The second electrode 32 is formed so as to continue into the third surface 11D and the fourth surface 11B. When the dielectric substrate 11 is planarly viewed in a direction perpendicular to the first surface 11C or the third surface 11D, the first electrode 22 intersects with the second electrode 32. When the dielectric substrate 11 is planarly viewed in a direction perpendicular to the second surface 11A or the fourth surface 11B, the first electrode 22 and the second electrode 32 at least partially overlap with each other and electric power is supplied to the first electrode 22 and the second electrode 32 in an overlapping region. |
