PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to reliably remove a horizontal noise component which appears when a high-luminance subject image is incident.SOLUTION: A signal processing device comprises correction means that on the basis of the number of pixels in each row outputting a signal value greater than a first determination value among output signals of an effective pixel part of an image sensor having a plurality of pixels and an output signal of a light shielding pixel part of the image sensor, corrects an output signal of the effective pixel part for each row. |
