PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photoelectric conversion element that is light in weight, flexible, small in reduction in photoelectric conversion efficiency compared with a solar cell of a glass substrate, and small in variation in photoelectric conversion efficiency and durability, and to provide a method of manufacturing the same, and a dye-sensitized solar cell.SOLUTION: A photoelectric conversion element is configured by a lamination structure including a first electrode, a photoreceptor having a porous semiconductor fine particle layer to which a dye is adsorbed, an electric charge mobile body, and a counter electrode, on a substrate. The substrate consists of at least an aluminum layer, and an insulating layer having a porous structure obtained by anode oxidation of at least one surface of the aluminum layer. The insulating layer has compressive strain at an ambient temperature. Also provided are a method of manufacturing the photoelectric conversion element, and a dye-sensitized solar cell. |
