PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processing apparatus capable of preventing transfer lines from being lacked in an organization such as a call center, an information processing system, an information processing method and a program.SOLUTION: The information processing apparatus comprises: a line use situation management section for monitoring the number of lines being used for calls in one organization; a transfer line count prediction section for predicting the number of lines required for transferring calls under speech in the organization in the case of calling from an outside line; and a determination section for determining whether to allow termination of a call from the outside line by comparing the predicted number of lines for transfer with the number of non-occupied lines in the organization. |
