PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inspection jig and a contactor easy for manufacture and maintenance.SOLUTION: An inspection jig 1 used for an inspection of electronic component parts includes: a contactor 10; a contactor holder 30; and an electrode part 40. The contactor 10 is made from a conductive round wire rod, and includes: a tip 11, a projection part 12 which is a shaft-like part; a rising part 13 which approximately orthogonally changes its direction on a circumference 14c of the contactor 10; a main body part 14 having spring characteristics; and other end part 15 which has an utmost end part inside the main body part. A central axis 14b of the main body part 14 and the projection part 12 on the circumference 14c are parallel to each other. The contactor holder 30 includes: a guide part slidably supporting the projection part 12 so as to expose the tip; an engagement part for engaging with the rising part 13; and a cylindrical hollow part for storing the main body part 14 and the other end part 15. The electrode part 40 includes: an electrode plate 42; and an electrode 41 fixed so as to penetrate the electrode plate and energizing the main body part 14. |
