PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reliably achieve uniformalization of distribution of a gas flow.SOLUTION: A flow straightener 30A is provided in a duct 10 that forms a gas channel. The flow straightener includes a guide member 30A which is arranged on the downstream side of a bent part 15 where a duct 10 is curved or bent to change a gas flow direction, and which has a guide surface 30g elongated toward the center of a channel R toward a flow-direction downstream side from an inner wall surface 13p of the channel R on the bend-direction outer peripheral side of the bent part 15. |
