PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information acquisition device capable of suppressing the influence of disturbance light and an object detection device having the information acquisition device.SOLUTION: The information acquisition device includes: a projection part 100 for projecting light to a target region; an imaging part 200 for imaging the target region by a CMOS image sensor 240; an image signal processing circuit 23 for acquiring the luminance value of a predetermined pixel on the CMOS image sensor 240; and a distance acquisition part 21b for acquiring distance information on the basis of the luminance value acquired by the image signal processing circuit 23. A value such as a gain and an exposure time for acquiring the luminance value from the CMOS image sensor 240 is adjusted such that the luminance value corresponding to a distance acquisition rangeΔL can be obtained from the pixel by the distance acquisition part 21b. The distance acquisition part 21b acquires the distance information by excluding the luminance value corresponding to a distance nearer than the distance acquisition rangeΔL from the luminance values of the pixel acquired by the image signal processing circuit 23. |
