PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin composition which can suppress voltage dependence and allows easy adjustment of electric resistance in an intermediate resistance range (from 10&OHgr;/sq. to 10&OHgr;/sq. in terms of surface resistivity) even with only a small amount of a conductive agent added, and which provides excellent tensile elongation at break and a desired amount of reflection light.SOLUTION: Provided is a resin composition including at least: polyolefin of 50 mass% to 90 mass%; a conductive agent; and a compound represented by the specified general formula (1), In the general formula (1), R is preferably a divalent group having a number average molecular weight of 1,000 or more and derived from acrylic polymer.
