PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently select reliable data and unreliable data in the case of using observation data received from a mobile terminal.SOLUTION: In a server device 201, an observation data reception part 211 receives weather data indicating the observation value of weather and a date and latitude/longitude when and where the observation value has been acquired from each of a plurality of mobile terminals. A reliability determination part 212 compares the observation value of the weather data received by the observation data reception part 211 with a predetermined value, and determines the reliability of the observation value of the weather data received from each mobile terminal on the basis of the comparison result. An environmental information providing part 213 selects the weather data to be tabulated from among the weather data received from the plurality of mobile terminals by the observation data reception part 211 on the basis of the determination result of the reliability determination part 212, and classifies and tabulates the observation values of the selected weather data in accordance with the dates and latitudes/longitudes, and provides the tabulation result as environmental information. |
