PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cowl top panel peripheral structure in which vibration and noise can be reduced and load can be absorbed efficiently.SOLUTION: A cowl top panel peripheral structure comprises a cowl top panel below a windshield glass, a cowl front panel below the cowl top panel, and a coupling bracket which couples the cowl top panel with the cowl front panel. In the cowl top panel having an almost U-shaped cross section, a front side angular part is formed between an apex part and a front part which extends from the front edge of the apex part to the front oblique lower side, a rear side angular part is formed between the apex part and the rear part which extends from the rear edge of the apex part to the rear oblique lower side, the front part faces the windshield glass, two beads which projects to the lower side in the vehicular width direction central part of the cowl top panel extend from the front angular part or its vicinity part to the rear side angular part and crosses the rear side angular part, and a fitting body at the top edge of the coupling bracket is fitted to the rear part of the cowl top panel so as to bridge over one side of the two beads. |
